About the Role
The Paralegal / Contracts Manager will act as the primary point of contact across the organization for all things involving company contracts. As a member of the Legal team, you will work closely with Finance and Business Development to maximize the customer experience, optimize internal workflows, and educate internal stakeholders on the contract process. In addition, you will play a key role in knowledge management across the organization and provide insight and assistance to the General Counsel on a wide variety of legal matters.
Prepare, review, redline, advise and manage contracts including: SaaS sales contracts, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and capital market agreements
Develop customer-focused legal operations processes across the organization
Intake and resolve ad hoc requests from internal and external customers
Create, update, and manage contract templates
Develop advanced knowledge management and archiving procedures
Engage and educate all stakeholders on relevant processes
Analyze, ensure, and communicate contractual guidance on RFQ's/RFP's
Act as the point of contact for all contract questions internally and externally
Bachelors degree or equivalent
2 year of relevant professional experience (preferred)
Experience with PaaS or SaaS contracts (preferred)
Keen problem-solving skills and understanding of business interests and value creation
Eye for detail, highly organized and impeccably thorough
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Superb interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems
