About the Role
Building on the success of our current product set, we're growing! FiscalNote is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Technical Program Manager who possess a unique balance of security & compliance depth and technical program management skills.  They must thrive in fast-paced environment, drive innovative process changes through multiple organizations and teams, and simultaneously support several projects at once influencing a growing global organization.

You Will:
• Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on project status providing briefings and reports
-Lead and facilitate both working and senior/ executive level client meetings and exercisesIdentify strategies for automating and implementing efficient work management processes
-Map complex business processes and communicating process solutions to the client
-Develop meeting and briefing materials, including agendas, meeting minutes, briefings, and talking points
-Draft business case analyses, reports, whitepapers, and other complex documents
-Participate in program management working sessions and supporting program managers in executing day-to-day project management activities
-Lead production analytics, velocity, forecasting, and quantitative and qualitative metrics development
-Provide thought leadership, motivation, coaching, mentoring and professional development for project teams in order to obtain a high level of cooperation and contribution from all project members
-Manage compliance programs by assessing control frameworks and compliance risks and fulfilling evidence requests and drive product development and business units to adhere to compliance and security programs such as GDPR, ISO27001, SOC 2, PCI, and FedRAMP programs
-Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities

You Have:
-7-10+ years experience managing complex technology projects
-Prior experience with agile methodologies
-Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects
-Bachelor’s Degree or 4+years equivalent work experience
